This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which MITRASOFT ("we," "us," or "our"), located at Ds. Kwangsan RT 02 RW 03 Kel. Ketapang Kec. Susukan Kab. Semarang 50777, collects, uses, maintains, protects, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the MITRA MATEL mobile application (the "Service").

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. You may delete your data by  Contact Administrator > Request Delete > Account Deletion Process. The process may vary around 3 - 7 days of calendar after receiving your request. This deletion will be processed for all data under our control and will include data shared with third parties, where technically feasible.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following data protection rights:
